When Laura from The Kiss Co approached me for a Shopify Glow-Up, she wanted an update that would make her children's books and toy store visually compelling, user-friendly, and optimised for conversions.

The Kiss Co had a clear mission: to make shopping for children’s books and toys feel as warm and joyful as the products themselves. My goal was to elevate the look and functionality of her site, making it intuitive and visually appealing while setting up upsell features to help grow her business.
Design & Functionality
- Brand Aesthetic: We kept the design playful and inviting, using soft colours and clean layouts to reflect the joy of childhood and warmth of family.
- Optimised Navigation: With simplified navigation, customers can now easily browse, choose, and buy, which encourages longer visits and helps boost sales.
- Upsell Integration: Key upsell features were added to increase order value, ensuring customers see complementary products before they check out.
- Mobile Optimisation: Given the number of customers shopping on mobile, the experience is smooth, efficient, and as engaging as on desktop.
The Result
