It all starts with a chat. Just send us a message through our contact form and we can start discussing your needs. We can also talk about timelines and start dates. We do tend to book up quickly so when you’re ready to get started, get in touch as soon as you can!
You’ll then receive a custom quote and project scope for you to peruse, along with your own personal contract.
Once you decide you want to work with us (hurray!) and feel like Pink Pixel is a good fit for your business, we’ll move you to our central project system.
Your Start Date
Time to get real about your business and your vision for it. We’ll ask you to complete our design questionnaires and a little bit of prep work, including pulling together a Pinterest board for us to work from (don’t worry, it’s fun). If you have a website being built I give you a tailored client portal for you to fill in, this has heaps of prompts for you to follow and will make the process so much easier.
MY GRAPHIC DESIGN/WEBSITE PROCESS BEGINS.
We’ll do a deep dive into your questionnaire and prep work, chat through concepts with you and generally start to get a feel for your business and which direction the branding/website needs to go. Once completed i teach you how to use your new website and also give over training videos.

After the completion of your brand & website, yes you can. But my goal is to send you off with the full capability and confidence to do updates on your own and with ease. All the website platforms I use come with a training session and that will equip with the knowledge on how to use the editor easily.
